Toward this goal Halcyon introduced its Fair Trade Pricing (listed as Retail Price in the Hong Kong Price List) to provide an accurate listing of equipment's minimum retail. This price isn't an inflated MSRP that has been boosted to allow "artificial" discounting. Instead it is a no hassle; no haggle minimum price that reflects the true quality of Halcyon products.

Halcyon HK takes great pride in offering high-performance Halcyon products with a reputation for quality and excellence. We believe that Halcyon's competitive position and the demand for products are increased when these products are sold through dealers that are committed to providing a high level of professional service and technical information to the customer.

Halcyon HK recognizes that such a level of commitment to Halcyon products does involve dealer costs in providing the necessary investment in support services. Fostering dealer profits from the retail sales of Halcyon products enhances competitive position. Accordingly Halcyon HK, in line with Halcyon dealers worldwide, has adopted a Pricing and Advertising Policy.

Our policy is that we will not sell any products listed in the current Hong Kong and Macau Price list (comparable to the North American Fair Trade Price with a small overhead to cover currency conversions and shipping) below the Retail price listed. Advertisements (in any medium) that require a call or store visit by the consumer to learn of a price below the "Retail Price" are in violation of this policy. Furthermore, in-store and point of sales pricing announcements should adhere to this policy. This policy works to ensure that you the customer cannot get a better price from any other Halcyon outlet in any other part of the world.
